projects. Volunteers for hosting and volunteers to help set-up and
clean-up are always needed. Please consider what you can do at the

Hosting a Meeting, Event
or Workshop?
Workshops, events,
meetings, fundraisers and bar crawls are all led by folks
like you. When you’re ready to host, we’re here
to give you a hand. Contact us for guidelines about planning and
publicizing your event to the southbay community at info@southbayburners.org.
Please note that to use the words "Burning Man", "Decompression", or "Black Rock City",
a regional contact must be involved to ensure we’re complying with the
guidelines set by the LLC.

Past Events South
Bay Burners was born as Burning Silicon in July 2002 when 150 burners
converged in San Jose to meet their neighbors and get psyched about
the playa. Since then, we have grown and morphed into an eclectic
bunch with diverse interests which is far greater than any one camp or culture.
Today, we look forward to continued growth to include all Burning Man enthusiasts
in the southbay region.
